1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
• Appointments cannot be canceled once confirmed.
• Only one session rescheduling is permitted, and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If the therapist is not present upon arrival, the service fee will not be refunded.
• If the client is 10 minutes late for the therapist's arrival, the appointment will be automatically canceled without refund.

• Skin allergies.
• Skin or related health conditions.

3. Ineligible Conditions
For your safety, this service is not provided in the following cases:
• During pregnancy.
• After recent surgery.
• After recent cosmetic procedures such as fillers, Botox, or similar treatments.

• The client is responsible for the accuracy of the medical information provided.
• The service provider is not liable for any allergic reactions or irritation resulting from the withholding of medical information.
• The service provider is not liable for any consequences arising from the concealment of health or cosmetic information related to the service.

5. Appointment Day Instructions
• A suitable and clean environment must be provided for the specialist to work in during the service.
• Any delays resulting from an incorrect or unclear address will be deducted from the session time without compensation.
• If the location is remote or results in an unreasonably late arrival, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the session.
